Ford - great migrations
Chrome Productions
Overview
Created for Black History Month, Great Migrations is a short branded promo film that explores the stories of three Black women whose families migrated during the Great Migration and found opportunity through work at Ford Motor Company. Through personal interviews and archival footage, the film reflects on movement, dignity, and the generational impact of economic opportunity.
Combining historical footage, interviews, and modern B-roll, the piece required a sensitive and cinematic audio treatment that carried the emotional weight of the stories without overshadowing them.
